Bruschetta
Toast the bread; spread with the white truffle sauce. Sprinkle with minced parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.

Brisč Pastry Tartelle
Ingredients for 4 servings:
12 (tartelle) Prebaked brisč pastry (also called pastry shells)
1 small container heavy cream
7.05 oz short pasta, such as penne
2.82 oz jar Zio Giorgio White Truffle Sauce
1.76 oz grated parmesan and pecorino cheese
0.70 oz butter
white pepper, minced parsley
Cook the pasta in salted water and drain, saving one cup of the cooking water. Pour the pasta in a pan and mix with the remaining ingredients. Gently spoon the mixture onto the tarts and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes and serve hot.
Main course
Dentex (fish) Fillets with White Truffle Sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 Lb Dentex fillets
1 jar Zio Giorgio White Truffle Sauce
10 capers
1.05 oz butter
½ cup white wine
1 TBSP. corn flour
minced parsley, freshly ground black pepper
Poach the fish fillets in a large skillet with butter and white wine, sprinkle with the corn flour while cooking. When the fish is cooked, add the capers, the white truffle sauce, minced parsley and freshly ground black pepper. Serve hot.
