EGGS WITH TRUFFLE SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 servings
8 Slices of Bread
8 eggs
1.41 oz Zio Giorgio Truffle Sauce
a little milk, salt and pepper
Toast and butter the bread. Whip the eggs with a little milk, add salt, pepper to taste and 1.41 oz truffle sauce. Heat the remaining butter in a pan, pour in the eggs and cook on low heat, stirring until cooked. Spoon the eggs onto the buttered toast and serve hot.
RISOTTO WITH TRUFFLE SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 servings
14.10 oz rice
2.82 oz Zio Giorgio Truffle Sauce
1.76 oz butter
½ onion chopped
1 cup white wine
3.52 oz grated parmesan cheese
minced parsley, vegetable broth, black pepper, salt
Gently saute the chopped onion with butter. When the onion browns, add the rice and saute for 1 minute. Add the white wine and cook till evaporated completely. Add hot vegetable broth until the rice is completely cooked. Remove from heat, then add butter, truffle sauce, pepper, grated parmesan and minced parsley.
