Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order
on the basis of weight/volume and place of destination. Due to the increasing
high costs of petrol, every shipping carrier has introduced a “fuel surcharge”
that will be added to the total shipping calculation on a percentage basis that
can change monthly and is linked to the market price of the petrol.
Delivery Terms
Terms of delivery will be indicated on our order confirmation.
Delivery terms are given only as a guideline but it doesn’t imply that Golosità
Italiane srl cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled exactly. In the
section “Delivery” you will find useful information to calculate how long it
will take to receive your goods.
Shipping Carriers
Deliveries throughout Italy are carried out by SDA, which
specialises in e-commerce through collateration with the eboost service.. There
are two different rates: the first one for parcels weighing from 0÷22.04 Lbs is charged € 10,54 VAT included (fuel surcharge
excluded); the second one for parcels weighing from 0÷66.14 Lbs is charged € 13,50 VAT included (fuel surcharge
excluded). If the goods ordered exceed 66.14 Lbs, the system will add as many
parcels as necessary to cover the total weight/volume. For deliveries within
Italy, insurance is included. Delivery terms are: 24 hours excluding Calabria,
the Islands and a few other places which are served within 48 hours (you can
check this list by calling green line 800-070050 or by inquiring at infoeboost@eboost.it). Delivery terms
are indicatory, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are excluded. It’s very
important that someone is available at delivery address to receive the goods
otherwise the carrier will keep your parcel in deposit for 5 days and then
return it to Golosità Italiane srl, with additional shipping expenses.
Shipments abroad are carried out by TNT with the
Economy Express service (truck/air) while shipments by air will utilize SDA
(working through FedEx). Delivery terms differ according to the destination or
the delivery type chosen.
Only for Italy, you can use the delivery service offered by: Italian post office, at a cost of € 7.00 including VAT.
Sales Invoice
The invoice represents the sales document that
follow the goods and is issued according to the data of your order. VAT number
or Fiscal code are mandatory data necessary to issue the invoice. Therefore if
you wish that the goods are invoiced to a company or person different from you,
it must be indicated in your order. If you want your goods are sent to a different
address from the invoice, it must also be indicated in your order.
Payments
Payments are accepted only in Euro (€) currency .
Payments can be arranged by bank transfer; by credit card through
our website.
