Privacy Policy under
Section 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

We would like to inform you that
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code)
provides for the protection of persons and other entities with regard to the
processing of personal data concerning them.
According to the provisions of the
above-mentioned decree, the processing should be based on principles of
correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your
rights.
According to Section 13 of
Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, therefore, we would like to inform you of the
following:

personal data concerning you for sales purposes, invoicing, receiving payment and
sending you communications directly connected with our business. If provided by
you, sensitive data will be used to adapt our services to your personal needs.

Furthermore, provided you give your consent, these data will
be used to send you advertising materials, business communications, market
research results, greetings cards, as well any material relating to our sales
business.

The data processing will be performed either with or without
the help of computer systems and all the necessary precautions will be taken to
guarantee the security and the secrecy of the information. According to
Sections 33 and 36 of the Code, to ensure the security of all the data
processed by electronic means, we have adopted all the security measures
prescribed by Technical Specifications of 30 June 2003.

Within our web site the data will be processed by all the
persons, nominated to handle orders and adequately informed to comply with the
regulations of the law on privacy.

The data may be communicated to third parties, exclusively in
order to fulfil the technical and operational needs related to the achievement
of the objectives listed above. In particular, they can be communicated to the
following entities:
a)
to agencies, professionals, companies and other bodies,
charged by us with certain administrative, commercial and managerial
responsibilities with the aim of sustaining our economic activity including
debt collection;
b)
to public authorities and administrative bodies, for purposes
connected with the fulfilment of legal requirements.

You are at liberty both to provide us with the data and to
give your consent to their processing, but a refusal of consent to data
processing will make it impossible for us to comply with the provisions of the
law.

be able at any time to exercise your rights towards the Data Controller. The

Section 7 – Right to Access Personal
Data and Other Rights
1.
A data subject shall have
the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning
him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of
such data in intelligible form.
2.
A data subject shall have
the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the
purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the
processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d)
of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the
representative designated as per Section 5 (2); e) of the entities or
categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and
who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated
representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in
charge of the processing.
3.
A data subject shall have
the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein,
integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that
have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary
for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b)
have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or
which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement
proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared
with the right that is to be protected.

The data subject shall
have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the
processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant
to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data
concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending
advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market
or commercial communication surveys. |
