This original, new pesto is bursting with the flavors of Rome, made from ingredients typical to the Roman province: flavorful, fresh mint; Pecorino Romano; hand-picked hazelnuts grown in the countryside north of the city. Delicious on pasta, it is also nice as a sauce on grilled meats or drizzled on cheese. Pesto alla Romana is produced by chef Zio Giorgio.
