8 slices ham or turkey
8 slices cheese (sharp provolone)
1 jar Zio Giorgio Grilled Peppers
black olives, pitted
minced parsley
Arrange slices of grilled peppers on the ham slices along with strips of cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and roll it up. Sprinkle a good quantity of black olives on a large plate and top with the ham rolls.

Pasta with Grilled Peppers
Ingredients to serve 4
14.10 oz short pasta of your choice
1 jar Zio Giorgio Grilled Peppers
0.35 oz capers
5.29 oz tomato sauce
1.76 oz smoked cheese (such as provola), grated or finely chopped
5.29 oz grated pecorino cheese
minced parsley or mint to taste, powder garlic, chile pepper
Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet combine the tomato sauce, minced parsley or mint, salted capers, chile pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the grilled peppers and cook for 5 minutes more. Add the pasta and the smoked cheese and blend well. Sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese and serve hot.
Main course
Pork Cutlets with Grilled Peppers
4 thick pork chops or cutlets
1 jar Zio Giorgio Grilled Peppers, drained
0.70 oz butter
½ cup of wine
black pepper, salt, sage leaves
Put the cutlets in a large pan, and sauté them on both sides over low heat. Add wine, salt, pepper, butter and sage leaves. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the grilled peppers (drained from its oil) and serve hot.
