Dehydrated Pesto alla romana
Whole spelt Casarecce al Pesto alla Romana
Follow the instructions on the pasta package.

In a skillet, add a little olive oil and saute mushrooms and peas. Add a few teaspoons of Pesto alla Romana. Set aside. Flour the fish and cook in butter or olive oil; add a little white wine. When the fish is cooked through, add the vegetable mixture and serve.
